What You’ll Be Doing
Your role is the heartbeat of the guest experience. You will be responsible for ensuring every touchpoint of a guest's stay is seamless, from the lobby to the dining table.
Front of House & Reception
- The Ultimate Host: Act as the friendly face of the company, managing check-ins and check-outs to make a lasting first impression.
- Local Expert: Provide personalised recommendations for local attractions, brunch spots, and travel directions.
- Precision Operations: Handle bookings, emails, and payments with 100% accuracy to ensure a hassle-free stay.
- Efficiency Expert: Manage daily administrative tasks and calls while staying cool under pressure.
Food & Beverage Service
- Culinary Excellence: Step into the kitchen to prepare and serve high-quality breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.
- Bar Mastery: Mix, garnish, and serve a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Guest Engagement: Take orders, provide menu recommendations, and ensure guests feel attended to in the lounge and bar areas.
- Transaction Management: Use the POS system to process payments accurately and manage cash drawers.
Operations & Safety
- Kitchen Management: Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment.
- Compliance & Safety: Enforce strict health and safety standards (HACCP) and local food hygiene regulations.
- Responsible Service: Strictly verify identification for age-restricted purchases and monitor guest behaviour to ensure a safe environment.
- Environment Curator: Keep the front desk, bar, and dining areas sanitized, organized, and looking sharp.

One Team, One Goal: All employees are expected to provide support across Reception, Bar, Lounge, Kitchen, and Housekeeping areas as operational demands arise. This collaborative strategy is essential for maintaining smooth operations and preventing service interruptions.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
