- Build strong working relationships with store colleagues, management teams, retailer regional leaders, client contacts and internal stakeholders.
- Take ownership of regional challenges, coordinating actions and escalating where needed.
- Support recruitment activity to help maintain coverage and build a high performing field team.
- Keep your team focused on current activity, client requests and key priorities.
- Create a positive, structured and supportive environment where your team can perform at their best.
- Manage a large and geographically varied territory while maintaining consistent engagement and performance.
- Work flexibly across your region, including weekend cover when required as part of the Regional Manager team rota.
You’ll be successful in this role if you:
-
Improve sales performance and brand awareness across your region.
- Build, retain and develop a motivated field team.
- Use insight and performance data to identify opportunities, make decisions and focus your time effectively.
- Maintain strong regional coverage and support recruitment when needed.
- Create consistency in how activity is delivered across stores.
- Build trusted relationships with clients, colleagues, store teams and retail partners.
- Support your team through clear communication, regular coaching and structured field visits.
- Evidence actions taken, progress made and outcomes achieved through performance plans and follow-up activity.
- Respond well to changing priorities and keep activity moving forward.
- Help create a team culture that is supportive, accountable and performance focused.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
-
Proven experience in people management and field-based regional leadership.
- Experience within consumer electronics, white goods, retail, field sales, area management or another target driven environment.
- Strong performance management skills, with the ability to use data and insight to identify opportunities and drive improvement.
- Confidence coaching, developing and motivating others.
- The ability to hold individuals accountable in a fair, structured and supportive way.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to develop strong partnerships with store teams, management teams, retailer contacts and internal stakeholders.
- A proactive, organised and commercially focused approach.
- The ability to manage a large territory while maintaining consistent performance and engagement across the region.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships at different levels.
- Good organisation skills, with the ability to manage priorities and structure your workload.
- A flexible, adaptable approach when priorities change.
- A practical, logical approach to problem solving.
- Confidence using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Experience working with major retail partners such as Currys and John Lewis would be highly advantageous.
If you do not meet every point but have relevant retail, field sales, people management or consumer electronics experience, we’d still encourage you to apply.
