Job Description:
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Operator to join our warehouse team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Ensure system accuracy for stock movements.

Support continuous improvement in inventory processes.
-
Coordinate with Stores and Goods In for stock accuracy.

Managing stock returns from production line
-
Root cause analysis and CAPA
-
Stock management in WM and 3PL storage
-
Ensuring yearly ABC counts
-
SAP WMS experience
-
Controlling and maintaining master data
- Conduct regular cycle counts and stock audits.
Key Responsibilities
-
Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels
-
Carry out stock counts and cycle counts on a regular basis
-
Record and update inventory data using warehouse management systems (WMS)
-
Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies
-
Receive, check, and store incoming goods
-
Ensure stock is stored safely and in the correct locations
-
Work closely with warehouse team leaders and supervisors
-
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
-
Follow all health & safety procedures and company policies

Requirements
-
Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred
-
Good attention to detail and accuracy
-
Experience with SAP WMS (2 years)
-
Microsoft office skills (including Excel, outlook, teams)
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-
Good communication skills
-
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends if required
Desirable (Not Essential)

Forklift licence , VNA
-
Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
