Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a professional Reservations Agent to join our dynamic hospitality team at the Green Hotel, a member of Radisson individuals. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing guest reservations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless booking experience. This role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, a friendly demeanour, and the ability to handle multiple tasks. Previous Opera Cloud experience and multilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest interactions and support our diverse clientele.

Responsibilities

Handle incoming reservation enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms with professionalism and courtesy.
Manage guest bookings accurately, including room allocations, special requests, and confirming reservations.
Provide detailed information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to guests.
Update reservation systems promptly to reflect changes or cancellations.
Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures when required.
Maintain a high standard of phone etiquette and guest service at all times.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met efficiently.
Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.

Skills

Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with a diverse range of guests.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Previous experience in hotel reservations or guest services within the hospitality industry is preferred.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Friendly, approachable demeanour with a genuine desire to assist guests.
Knowledge of reservation management software is advantageous but not essential. This role offers an engaging opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences. We value professionalism, enthusiasm, and a proactive attitude in our team members.
