Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Ground Worker to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will assist with various outdoor construction, landscaping, and maintenance tasks to ensure the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our projects. Your hands-on approach and mechanical aptitude will contribute significantly to the successful completion of diverse ground works, supporting the overall progress of our construction and landscaping initiatives. This position offers an energetic environment where teamwork, safety, and quality are at the forefront of every task.

Responsibilities

Must be fully competant in the following

Permable block paved drives
Patios
Concrete edgings
Feather edge fencing
Requirements
Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or ground work is highly desirable.
Mechanical knowledge related to operating machinery such as excavators or irrigation systems is a plus.
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic maintenance procedures.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new techniques.
Valid relevant certifications or licenses related to construction or equipment operation are advantageous but not mandatory.
