Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong leadership qualities, exceptional communication skills, and a solid understanding of B2B sales processes. The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and maintaining long-term partnerships through strategic analysis and effective account management.

Duties

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and through prospecting efforts.
Conduct detailed analysis of client needs to tailor solutions that meet their objectives.
Utilise Salesforce to track client interactions, sales pipelines, and account activities efficiently.
Lead negotiations and close sales deals, ensuring mutual benefit for clients and the organisation.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and market trends for senior management.

Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets not essential as full training available.
Proficiency in Dealerweb or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present confidently to diverse audiences.
Organised, proactive, with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities.
A recognised qualification in business or sales-related fields is advantageous but not essential. This position offers an engaging environment for professionals eager to advance their careers in client management while contributing significantly to organisational growth through strategic relationship building and sales excellence.

Pay: £25,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
