We are looking for a Maintenance and Hot Tub Technician to drive and support an experienced team with a shared goal of continually improving standards throughout our properties.
Reporting to your line manager you will help manage a maintenance programme for all areas both public and private ensuring they always look their best and adhere to health and safety guidelines. A varied role which involves maintaining all area of the Brackenborough Hotel and the lodges.
Key Responsibilities.
- Your main priority will be maintenance with some Hot Tub Checks required
· To be able to work alone or apart of a team
· Carrying out daily, weekly, and monthly health and safety checks in line with the company’s health and safety policies.
· Ensuring all required maintenance jobs are recorded on our company system with effective management of time taken, parts used and overall costs.
· Resolve queries within agreed timescales and follow through to beyond satisfaction.
· Ensuring all maintenance jobs are complete with minimal disruption caused to guests and owners.
Grounds Maintenance
Responsible for the daily dropping and cleaning of hot tubs, Adhering to strict water quality testing guidelines and cleaning schedule.
· Complying with all Company and legal policies and procedures.
This roll will require weekend cover
The successful candidate will have:
· MUST have Full UK driving license.
· Have experience of working with in a maintenance team, happy to work alone or with external contractors when necessary.
· Experience working on holiday parks in a maintenance role, siting lodges preferred but not essential
· Have experience of carpentry, plumbing or another maintenance-based trade.
· Have excellent communication skills.
· A proactive and CAN-DO approach to all tasks with the ability to work under pressure.
· Wear Company uniform always provided and maintain a smart appearance.
· Have a professional and outgoing personality.
· Maintain confidentiality at all times.
