Full job description

Nettleham Medical Practice is a semi-rural practice with two sites; Nettleham Medical Practice and Cherry Willingham Branch Surgery. We pride ourselves in delivering a high standard of care to patients in Nettleham and its surrounding villages.

We have a vacancy for a full-time Patient Care Advisor to join our friendly reception team.

Duties will involve receiving, assisting and directing patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare professional. Providing general assistance to the practice team, supporting clinicians and projecting a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors in person and via telephone.

Working for us you will benefit from regular in-house training and external training courses applicable to your role. You will become a member of the NHS pension and have access to our Employee Assistant Programme. You will be eligible for a blue light card, offering discounts to many retailers online and in the high street. You will be supported by our friendly practice team and know that you are making a difference for our patients!
