TMA | Football Sales Executive
Location: Scotland
Hours: Part time 15 – 20 hours per week
Reporting to: Emma Sutherland
Salary: £27,000 per annum (pro rata)
Travel: Must hold a full UK Licence and have own vehicle. Company card will be issued to cover travel expenses.
TMA is an ambitious digital marketing agency focused on driving revenue and fan engagement for football clubs through our membership programmes. We work in close partnership with clubs and local businesses to deliver targeted advertising opportunities and commercially effective collaborations.
By combining commercial strategy, on‑the‑ground activation, and technology, TMA creates measurable, revenue‑driven digital ecosystems that connect fans, sponsors, and organisations.
We are looking to bring in a confident, driven individual to join us in a part‑time Sales role, supporting teams in Scotland and carrying out our on‑the‑ground activity, strengthening business relationships, and identifying new commercial opportunities.
This role is highly sales driven, which the successful applicant must be passionate about. You must feel confident in social environments, with a go get attitude. Experience in marketing is desirable, and you will be expected to build business relationships with clients.
This role would most definitely suit a football fanatic! For the right candidate, this position has the potential to develop into a full‑time role.
Job Description: Part‑Time Football Sale Executive
Role Overview
This is a part‑time, remote/field‑based sales role with a strong focus on relationship management, business development, and brand visibility. You will work closely with existing partner businesses and football clubs while proactively identifying new sales opportunities and promoting our membership program.
This is a sales-focused role, requiring a confident and proactive individual comfortable engaging with customers and representing the brand in person.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert membership sales
- Bring on new business partners
- Ensure all clients are supportive and active in their communities
- Work directly with business partners and football clubs/sports organisations to maintain strong professional relationships
- Speak confidently with business owners and commercial managers to identify additional sales opportunities
- Actively promote our membership program to partners and potential new clients (clients vs customer)
- Identify where additional advertising, POS placements, and promotional touchpoints can be introduced
- Regularly visit partner businesses and clubs to:
- Strengthen relationships and spot upselling opportunities
- Ensure adverts and promotional materials are high‑visibility and correctly displayed
- Be on the ground, proactively searching for new leads and partnership opportunities
- Support commercial growth by identifying:
- New businesses to engage
- Strong locations for advertising and brand exposure
- Assist in shaping and delivering sales‑led ideas to increase revenue from existing relationships
Social Media/Brand Promotion
This role is responsible for capturing real activity across the business and feeding it into the marketing team.
You are closest to the work, the clients, and the activity, which means you are responsible for making sure the right stories, moments, and insights don’t get missed.

Essential
- Sales experience or relevant study in Sales, Business, or Marketing
- Highly organized individual
- Confident communicator, comfortable speaking with business professionals
- Proactive, self‑motivated, and comfortable working independently
- Passionate about sports and engaged in it’s culture
- Positive attitude, resilient and willing to give anything a go
Desirable
- Interest or experience in B2B sales or partnership‑based roles
- Strong interest in marketing and brand growth (with a sales-first mindset)
- Comfortable using social media as a professional tool
- Confident in sharing opinions and able to communicate honestly and constructively

Role Details
