ROLE PURPOSE

Key duties & responsibilities:

Managing a portfolio of clients with a proactive, high quality service
Coaching team members on the job, provide constructive feedback and support team members with their development
Effectively communicate with clients and the team
Ensuring engagements are completed within agreed budgets and where they don't come in budget, identifying areas of overrun
Reviewing work prepared by other members of the team, ensuring that the firm’s quality control procedures and professional standards are adhered to
Identifying technical issues through the audit work and identifying potential solutions
Participating in tenders/proposals for new work as required
Take responsibility for own personal development
To work as part of the management team and lead initiatives as required

Experience & qualifications

Professional qualification (CA, ACCA)
Experience of managing a client portfolio
Experience of coaching and mentoring colleagues
