Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Legal Assistant/Secretary to join our team in Troon. In this role, as a Legal Assistant, you will provide essential administrative and legal support to our solicitors across a range of practice areas. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career within the legal sector.
Responsibilities

Assisting solicitors with case preparation and file management.
Drafting and formatting legal documents and correspondence.
Liaising professionally with clients, courts and third parties.
Managing diaries, scheduling appointments and handling telephone calls.
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
Conducting legal research as required.
Uphold confidentiality and adhere to legal standards at all times.
Requirements
Previous experience in a legal or administrative role is desirable.
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems.
Good IT literacy with familiarity in office equipment.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A proactive and professional approach.
