A fantastic opportunity for a Concierge to join our team at Kimpton Charlotte Square on a Full-Time contract!

You will earn £13.54 per hour – equal to £28,163.20 salary, plus service charge

As a Concierge, you’ll be 100% you, bringing your authentic personality to everything you do; be the ultimate host, confidently leading yourself and making creative decisions that elevate every interaction; and spark joy, using every tool available to craft meaningful and memorable experiences.

Your main duties and responsibilities will be being the first point of contact for our guests and ensuring a uniquely personal experience for every guest. You will be providing recommendations within the city for dining, drinking and adventuring! You will deal with queries and guest requests – ensuring all our guests leave with a smile on their face.

To succeed as a Concierge, you will need:

Experience working as a Receptionist, Concierge or Guest Services Agent at a 4/5* Hotel is beneficial
Knowledge of the local area and excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Passion for interacting with guests, this is a hugely hands on role that requires great personal skills and attention to detail – if you are a current member of Les Clefs D’Or or working towards becoming a member, this would be a great plus!
Experience working with Opera
A full-UK drivers license would be desired
