Duties
- Apply eyelash extensions with precision and care, ensuring safety and comfort for each client
- Consult with clients to determine their desired look and recommend suitable eyelash styles and lengths
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all tools and work areas
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions, concerns, and aftercare advice
- Keep detailed records of treatments performed and client preferences
- Stay updated on the latest eyelash extension techniques, products, and industry trends
- Promote retail products related to eyelash care to enhance client results and satisfaction
Qualifications
- Proven experience in makeup application, particularly eyelash extensions or similar beauty treatments (nice-to-have)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and steady hand-eye coordination for precise application
- Organised with good time-management skills to accommodate appointments efficiently
