Full job description

Hours: Part time, 24 hours per week (Tuesday–Thursday, 8 hours per day)
Location: Edinburgh (in-office)

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Office Support

Keep our space running like clockwork — from stationery and supplies to liaising with contractors and suppliers.
Help manage facilities, recycling, utilities, and all the behind-the-scenes essentials.
Coordinate travel arrangements, postage and logistics.
Support IT troubleshooting with our external consultant.

Front of House

Be the friendly first impression for visitors and clients.
Manage meeting rooms, calls, and catering with professionalism and flair.
Keep our agency bar and coffee setup stocked and spotless.

HR Support

Provide admin support to our team when required.
Maintain up-to-date HR and medical insurance systems.
Help bring our culture to life through training days, events, and team activities.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Ideally 1+ year’s experience in an office, hospitality or admin role – bonus points if that’s in a creative or agency setting – but we value enthusiasm and initiative above all.
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and happy to learn new systems quickly.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
A positive, proactive attitude and great attention to detail

Salary: £16,000 per annum (pro rata, depending on experience)
