Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Shop Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our shop, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a welcoming environment. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and customers alike.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
- Maintain an organised and tidy shop floor, ensuring products are well-displayed.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in stock management, including receiving deliveries and restocking shelves.
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for interacting with customers and colleagues.
- Multilingual abilities are highly valued; proficiency in English is required, while bilingual skills in Spanish or other languages are advantageous.
