Founding Tattoo Artists Wanted
FINE is a new fine-line tattoo studio opening in Shawlands, Glasgow.
We're building something different.
Part tattoo studio, part speciality coffee destination, FINE has been designed around the belief that getting a tattoo should feel as enjoyable, considered and approachable as visiting your favourite coffee shop, booking a beauty treatment, or buying a piece of jewellery you'll wear every day.
Located in a bright, street-facing two-floor space on Kilmarnock Road, FINE combines contemporary fine-line tattooing, speciality coffee, thoughtful design and exceptional client experience.
We're currently looking for founding tattoo artists to join us ahead of launch.

Our ambition is to create one of Scotland's leading fine-line tattoo destinations; a studio people actively seek out because of the experience, aesthetic and quality of work associated with the FINE name.
We're investing heavily in branding, marketing, content creation, client experience and community-building to create a business that generates demand and supports its artists.
The artists who join us before launch will become founding members of the studio and play a key role in shaping what FINE becomes.
What We're Looking For
We're particularly interested in hearing from artists who:
- Specialise in fine-line tattooing
- Produce work aligned with FINE's aesthetic
- Enjoy working with first-time clients
- Love small and medium tattoos
- Deliver excellent client care
- Are collaborative, professional and kind
- Are excited by helping build a new studio
You don't need a huge following or an established client base.
We're far more interested in attitude, quality of work and alignment with the vision.

The FINE Difference

Our pricing structure, appointment model, booking systems and client journey have all been designed to support small and medium tattoos in an efficient, sustainable and enjoyable way.
Alongside custom work, artists will also have access to a curated collection of over 100 house designs designed to generate enquiries and bookings.
The goal is simple: help artists spend more time tattooing and less time handling administration.
