The Black Bull Hotel in Lauder is looking for a dynamic, diligent individual to join our team

Roles will include but not limited to:

Highly proficient with sending emails, making reservations, taking calls professionally - Training can be provided to enhance any experience
Have good communication skills i.e communicating via email and also communicating face to face
Work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth running of all of the Front of House roles
Positive attitude and friendly disposition
· Check in/Check out Guests, attend to the reasonable needs of guests
· Lead and inspire individuals to develop a highly motivated, committed team.
· Assist the Hotel Management to maintain staff discipline and ensure that company policy and procedure are followed.
· Assist the Manager & Assistant Manager with monitoring of performance of the hotel staff and provide continuous training to ensure that the required standards are being met.
Be responsible for closing/cashing up when required
Previous experience in hospitality leadership is beneficial
Previous Bar experience is essential

Working upto 45 hours over 5 days per week. Salary Dependent on experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00 per year
