We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Midday Supervisor to ensure our children have a safe and happy lunchtime, both in the dining room and on the playground. If you're looking for a fulfilling role during school hours, this permanent, term-time position could be perfect for you.
You will look after our children at lunchtime, in the dining room and in the playground to ensure that they remain safe.
This is a temporary role, ideal for someone looking to work during the day and in term time only.
Starting from 01 August 2026 until 30 July 2027 or sooner should our colleague on Maternity leave returns to work prior to this date for whatever reason.
You will be working for 7 hours, 30 minutes per week.

About the role
As a Midday Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in the children’s lunchtime experience by:

Supporting and promoting good behaviour and positive interactions.

Being a role model and setting a positive example for the children.

Supervising children in the dining room, helping to serve meals, and ensuring lunchtime runs smoothly.

Overseeing playtime activities, whether in the playground or indoors on rainy days, and encouraging fun, healthy, and active play.
Working hours:
- 7 hours, 30 minutes per week, term-time only.
- You will lead playtime games and encourage a healthy lifestyle.
