We’re looking for friendly, safety-conscious individuals to join us as School Bus Drivers on a new school contract based at our Gainsborough depot. You’ll be responsible for transporting local children to and from school each day – a vital role that helps keep our communities connected.

Qualified PCV School Bus Driver – Scunthorpe (Term-Time Only, Split Shifts)

£15.00 per hour | Paid weekly | Term-time only | Based at Scunthorpe Depot

We’re looking for friendly, safety-conscious individuals to join us as School Bus Drivers on a new school contract based at our Scunthorpe depot. You’ll be responsible for transporting local children to and from school each day – a vital role that helps keep our communities connected.

What we offer:

£15.00 per hour, paid weekly

Term-time only working – all school holidays off

Split shifts , Monday to Friday (mornings and afternoons)

Guaranteed 20–30 hours per week (depending on contract)

Rolled up annual pay – so you’re paid consistently throughout the year

Free travel on all Stagecoach buses across the East Midlands

What you’ll be doing:

Driving our school buses safely and confidently on local routes

Creating a welcoming and supportive environment for pupils

Delivering excellent customer service to passengers of all ages

Being a reliable and friendly presence in your community

What you’ll need:

A full UK driving licence (with no more than 6 penalty points)

A positive, approachable attitude and a passion for great service

A willingness to learn – we’ll teach you everything you need to know

A DBS check (arranged by us)
