Full job description

Are you an experienced Finance professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for problem-solving? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, collaboration and customer service are key?
At Parkdean Resorts, we're looking for a Finance Officer to join our dynamic Finance team. If you enjoy working with high-volume transactions, investigating discrepancies and making a real impact on business performance, we'd love to hear from you.
What you will be doing...

Processing high-volume financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
Delivering core finance activities in line with agreed service levels and performance standards.
Completing reconciliations and investigating variances, working with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues promptly.
Reviewing and clearing unallocated receipts, payments and account balances within required timescales.
Supporting the achievement of departmental KPIs and performance targets.
Building strong working relationships across the business to deliver an excellent internal customer experience.
Identifying barriers to performance and contributing to solutions that improve outcomes.
Continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency and eliminate non-value-adding activities.
Supporting compliance with company information security policies by reporting any potential weaknesses or breaches.
Taking responsibility for health, safety and safeguarding practices, helping to maintain a safe environment for colleagues, guests and visitors

About you...

Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable, Finance Officer or similar finance role.
Experience managing high-volume transactional processes.
Strong numerical and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Experience working within strict financial controls and deadlines, ideally in a Shared Service Centre environment.
Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Teams.
A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Strong planning, organisational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
A positive, proactive and self-motivated approach.
Resilience and adaptability in a changing environment.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to act as a positive role model within the team.
