Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Caravan & Motorhome Service Advisor to join our small but growing team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing service bookings, and ensuring clients receive expert advice on their caravan or motorhome maintenance and repairs. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a good understanding of mechanical systems, and a flair for upselling additional services or products. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic environment specialising in leisure vehicles.

Responsibilities

Greet customers professionally and ascertain their service requirements for caravans and motorhomes
Provide detailed advice on maintenance, repairs, and optional upgrades based on customer needs
Manage service bookings efficiently, ensuring timely scheduling and follow-up
Upsell relevant products and additional services to maximise customer satisfaction and workshop utilisation
Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments securely
Liaise with the workshop team to communicate customer requirements and ensure smooth workflow
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service histories, and sales transactions
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
List and sell new and used parts on our ebay store

Requirements

Proven experience in customer service within the automotive or leisure vehicle industry is advantageous
The ability to work independently and on your own an initiative.
Mechanical knowledge of caravans, motorhomes, or similar leisure vehicles is highly desirable
Strong upselling skills with the ability to identify additional needs and present suitable solutions
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional manner
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
Organised with good time management skills to manage multiple appointments effectively
A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer satisfaction is essential
Previous experience in a sales environment or with cash handling is preferred but not essentialThis role offers an engaging environment for those passionate about leisure vehicles combined with excellent customer service opportunities. Pay: £26,800.00 per year
