Role summary
As a Production Artworker, you'll be at the centre of that journey.
You'll transform customer logos and artwork into production-ready files for embroidery, print and personalisation, ensuring every design is accurately prepared for manufacture. Working across a variety of products and decoration methods, you'll collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Production and external suppliers to deliver an outstanding customer experience from concept through to finished product.
This is far more than a traditional artwork role. Alongside producing accurate production artwork, you'll play an important role in managing artwork workflows, maintaining quality standards and supporting continuous improvement across the department. Responsibilities
Production Artwork
- Prepare production-ready artwork for embroidery, print and personalised products using Adobe Illustrator and Wilcom Embroidery Studio.
- Produce customer proofs and visual approvals.
- Complete quality checks before artwork is released for production.
Workflow Management
- Manage artwork requests within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain accurate records within the ERP system and other internal platforms.
- Liaise with digitising suppliers and review returned files to ensure quality standards are met.
- Monitor artwork progress and proactively manage workload to meet customer and production deadlines.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work collaboratively with the Customer Service, Sales and Production teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, helping to identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency and workflow.
- Embrace new technologies and AI-assisted tools where appropriate to improve productivity.
- Provide support to the Graphic Artworker with ad hoc creative work and assist in maintaining department capacity during periods of increased workload, annual leave or absence.
- Share knowledge and support colleagues to build a resilient, cross-functional Customer Experience team.

Pay: £27,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
