We have an exciting new vacancy for a Maintenance Assistant to join our team at the Sand Bay holiday Village . Sand Bay is located just outside of Weston-Super-Mare and features over 300 apartments and offers a range of amenities including on-site bars and restaurants as well as a pool and leisure area.

Duties will include:

General maintenance tasks both inside and outside of the hotel such as painting, general carpentry, tiling, basic plumbing
Using your own initiative with the ability to work alone whilst being considerate of the guests and other hotel staff
Communicating effectively as required with both staff and guests.
Deal with contractors and visitors accordingly.
Ensuring the hotel is well maintained and compliant by completing various tasks as required

The successful candidate will have excellent DIY skills or be a trades person that can tackle various forms of maintenance work.
