Summary

We are seeking a Powder Coat Sprayer to join our team in Somerset. Based in our workshop, you will play a vital role in applying powder coatings to our steel fabrications, ensuring a smooth finish and adherence to quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a skilled team dedicated to excellence.
Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for powder coating by cleaning and masking as needed.
Operate powder coating spray equipment efficiently and safely.
Apply powder coatings evenly to various steel fabrications.
Inspect finished products for quality and consistency.
Maintain and clean spray equipment regularly.
Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.
Assist with other fabrication tasks as required.
Support the team in meeting production deadlines.
Qualifications
Proven experience with powder coating or spray painting.
Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
Basic math skills for measuring and mixing.
Experience working in a fabrication or workshop environment preferred.
Knowledge of welding or general steel fabrication is advantageous.
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
