NSH Developments Ltd General building contractor based in Diss, Norfolk. We carry out anything from a domestic extensions, barn conversions and 1 off New builds direct to customers. We require a working site foreman to work under our project manager. A skilled tradesman is required to lead by example on site.
The right person will need to have an eye for detail and ensure construction is carried out accurately to the plans and specifications. Company Van available and can be taken into account with pay negotiations
Tasks will include but not limited too, general day to day running of a site, organising and liaising with staff and Subcontractors. Ensuring health and safety standards are upheld., ordering materials. Working on the tools. SSSTS required.
All applicates must have good all round building knowledge as you would be managing multiple trades. This role would be suited to a skilled carpenter and time served carpenter.
