Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Luxury Real Estate Agent to join our prestigious team. Uncapped commission ensures your earning potential is directly linked to your effort and success. Previous experience in real estate or related fields is advantageous but not essential; a proactive attitude and dedication are key.

Duties

Assist clients in selling luxury properties, ensuring a seamless experience from initial enquiry to closing.
Conduct property viewings and organise open houses for high-end listings.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalised advice tailored to their needs.
Market properties effectively through various channels, including social media and property portals.
Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients to secure favourable terms.
Keep abreast of market trends, property values, and local developments to provide accurate guidance.
Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and property details using organisational tools.

Requirements

Proven administrative experience with strong organisational skills to manage multiple clients and listings efficiently.
Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging with diverse clientele.
Demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to prospecting and business development.
Valid driving licence is preferred for property viewings across different locations.
A genuine passion for luxury real estate combined with a professional demeanour.
