The role of Temporary Senior Administrator:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to a busy Development Team, helping to coordinate projects, manage records, and maintain effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders
Play a key role in ensuring projects progress efficiently while delivering a professional and customer-focused service
Acting as the first point of contact for enquiries from internal and external stakeholders
Providing comprehensive administrative support across a range of development and improvement projects
Maintaining accurate project records, documentation, contracts, and filing systems
Coordinating communication between stakeholders to support the smooth delivery of projects and project handovers
Producing reports, monitoring project activity, and supporting performance and compliance processes
Assisting with financial administration, including invoice processing, expenditure tracking, and funding-related documentation

The ideal Temporary Senior Administrator:

Previous experience within a senior administrative role
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage professionally with a wide range of stakeholders
Experience maintaining accurate records, databases, and reporting systems
High levels of attention to detail and accuracy when handling documentation and data
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications and database management systems
A proactive and customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills
