Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Qualified Early Years Teacher to join our full-time team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to inspire young learners through engaging lesson planning, curriculum development, and nurturing classroom environments. The ideal candidate will bring energy, expertise, and a genuine passion for early childhood education to help children thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Duties
- Develop and implement innovative curriculum plans that align with early childhood education standards and promote holistic development.
- Deliver engaging lessons across subjects such as literacy, math, physical education, and Montessori methods to foster a love of learning.
- Manage classroom activities effectively, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children.
- Support children with special educational needs through early intervention strategies and tailored learning approaches.
- Monitor and assess individual progress using standardized testing methods and provide constructive feedback to support growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external specialists to ensure comprehensive child welfare and developmental support.
- Maintain accurate records of lesson plans, student progress, behavior management strategies, and classroom activities.
Qualifications
- Recognized qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent (e.g., CACHE Level 3 or higher).
- Proven classroom management skills with experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention techniques.
- Experience in curriculum development, literacy education, and teaching physical education.
- Familiarity with Montessori methods and standardized testing procedures is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and engage with parents.
