About the Role
This is much more than a receptionist position.
You will be the face of Private Wellness, responsible for creating an unforgettable luxury experience from the moment guests arrive until they leave.
You will also prepare our signature wellness packages, maintain immaculate presentation standards throughout the spa, and ensure every booking exceeds expectations.
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. We are looking for someone who genuinely cares about people, pays attention to every detail, remains calm under pressure and takes pride in delivering exceptional service every single day.
Your ResponsibilitiesGuest Experience
- Welcome every guest with a warm, professional attitude
- Deliver a genuine five-star hospitality experience
- Check guests in and explain the facilities
- Answer calls, emails and booking enquiries
- Keep the facilities clean after every use.
- Handle guest requests professionally and confidently
- Resolve issues calmly and efficiently
Spa Preparation
Prepare our luxury experience packages before guests arrive, including:
- Romantic packages
- Birthday celebrations
- Bridal packages
- Seasonal and bespoke packages
This includes:
- Preparing fresh fruit platters
- Preparing drinks and refreshments
- Presenting chocolates and gifts
- Decorating rooms with candles, balloons and roses
- Ensuring every package looks perfect before guest arrival
(Training will be provided using our package standards.)
Housekeeping
- Clean and prepare all spa facilities between bookings
- Maintain exceptionally high hygiene standards
- Replenish towels, robes and guest amenities
- Ensure space looks immaculate for every guest
- Carry out quality checks before each booking
Social Media (Desirable)
If you enjoy social media, you'll also have the opportunity to:
- Capture photos and videos
- Assist with Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
- Create simple content
- Help grow the Private Wellness brand

- Has previous hospitality, hotel, spa or luxury customer service experience
- Takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service

Non-Negotiables
- Previous hospitality experience is essential.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Weekend working is required.
- You must be comfortable cleaning and preparing luxury spa facilities.
- You must remain calm under pressure.
