The Position
With a commitment to the highest safety standards on construction sites, we are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a General Labourer / Driver. This position will be based out of our Clitheroe head office working on projects in Lancashire, Yorkshire, Midlands and the North East.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with metal roofing and cladding works on various sites across the UK
- Perform physically demanding tasks and work safely at heights
- Handle non-licensed asbestos materials with full training provided
- Travel and stay overnight as required (with additional pay for overnight stays)
Requirements:
- Must have a valid CSCS card (or be willing to obtain one before starting)
- IPAF and UKATA B qualifications are essential
- Telehandler Licence preferable but not essential
- Full clean driving license is essential
- Ability to travel to and from Clitheroe and existing sites
- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
