We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and reliable Male Care Worker to join our growing team.
Hours: Full-time (37.5–45 hours per week, including a flexible rota covering mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as required).
Location: Community-based – providing care and support to clients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality personal care with dignity, compassion, and respect.
* Support clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, medication prompts, mobility assistance, and light household duties.
* Promote independence while ensuring the safety and wellbeing of clients.
* Follow individual care plans and maintain accurate care records.
* Build positive relationships with clients, their families, and colleagues.
* Report any changes in clients’ health or wellbeing in line with company policies.
Essential Requirements:
* Current PMVA (Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression) certification.
* Previous experience in domiciliary care or a similar care setting.
* A caring, patient, and professional approach.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
* Right to work in the UK.
