General Operative

About us:

We are a first-class design and manufacturer of transit and storage packaging solutions for Aerospace and Defence industries, currently looking for a hardworking individual to join our team!

Job Role:

You will be responsible for working within a warehouse environment and at times alternative site locations to provide resource to a variety of functions within a manufacturing system, which will primarily include Case assembly, and packing orders for dispatch.

Job type: Permanent – Full Time

Salary: £26,230 with the potential to earn £33,500 with overtime.

Previous Experience:

· Manufacturing and/or Packing experience.

· Working within a warehouse environment.

· Working under pressure to meet deadlines.

· FLT experience advantageous but not essential.

Skills required:

· Driving license Preferred but not essential.

· Basic DIY Skills.

· Must be physically able – Heavy lifting involved.

· Must be able to follow work instructions.

· Good attention to detail.

· Must understand the need to meet quality standards.

· Basic literacy and numeracy skills.

· A Positive thinking and pro-active individual.

· A team player who can also work well on their own initiative.

· Good punctuality and time management.
