Full job description

About the Role

As Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative support across the business, helping ensure the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.

· Processing and tracking customer sales orders from receipt through to completion

· Creating purchase orders and liaising with suppliers regarding deliveries and stock availability

· Monitoring outstanding orders and updating internal teams and customers on progress

· Answering telephone calls and directing enquiries professionally and efficiently

· Providing excellent customer service to clients, suppliers and business partners

· Authenticating, checking and processing supplier invoices

· Filing and maintaining accurate electronic and paper records

· Managing incoming and outgoing post and correspondence

· Assisting with document preparation, data entry and report generation

· Supporting the wider management and technical teams with administrative tasks

· General office administration duties as required

Pay: £25,100.00-£32,000.00 per year
