Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our vibrant team!

This Role has a strong sales aspect to it with commission paid for each onboarding. We have a variety of legal products which need to be actively chased and clients signed up . Good sales techniques and pleasant and professional manners are required .

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growth by supporting sales initiatives and marketing campaigns. You will be offered a generous commission structure. As a key member of our team, you will help drive brand awareness, foster client relationships, and assist in executing strategic marketing projects. Your enthusiasm, organizational skills, and communication abilities will be vital in creating impactful marketing materials and ensuring smooth sales operations. This paid position is perfect for someone eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment while making a tangible difference.

Duties

Support the development and implementation of sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
Manage project timelines effectively, ensuring all marketing initiatives are delivered on schedule through strong project management practices
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, marketing campaigns, and client interactions using IT tools such as Microsoft Excel
Communicate clearly with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables
Qualifications
Fluency in English with excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and team members
Demonstrated experience or interest in project management, organization, and time management techniques
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes
Sale qualities with the ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint) and IT systems relevant to marketing tasks
Effective organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
