Job Summary
We are excited to be opening a new 100-cover luxury fine dining Indian restaurant in September, and we are looking for an experienced and passionate Bar Attendant to join our opening team.
We are looking for someone with 4–5 years of bar experience who has excellent knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, wines, spirits and premium beverages, and who takes pride in delivering a refined, high-end guest experience.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including classic cocktails, signature drinks, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options with accuracy and flair
- Engage with guests in a lively, friendly manner to ensure an enjoyable experience while maintaining professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards and health regulations
- Manage multiple drink orders efficiently during busy hours through effective time management
- Verify guest identification to ensure responsible serving practices and compliance with legal alcohol service regulations
- Keep track of inventory levels for bar supplies and ingredients; communicate needs for restocking promptly
- Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of hospitality and create a welcoming environment for all guests
Qualifications
- Proven experience working as a bartender or mixologist in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes, food safety standards, and responsible alcohol service
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders seamlessly during peak hours
- Basic math skills for accurate measurement of ingredients and cash handling procedures
- Exceptional hospitality skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and create positive interactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods while maintaining energy and enthusiasm throughout shifts
- Familiarity with serving techniques, cocktail presentation, and maintaining cleanliness standards
