Days/Hours: 07:00 – 15:30
Salary: £28,001.52

Role and Responsibilities:
- Multi-functional role, assisting with the completion of various tasks within a warehouse environment.
- Housekeeping – all staff expected to maintain a safe, clean working environment.
- Order picking – Using WMS (Warehouse management system) handheld scanners to pick stock from predetermined locations. Including the use of Pump trucks, tote trolleys and cages etc.
- Order preparation – Reworking orders to customer specification, preparing orders for daily despatch with induvial carrier requirements. Such as, condensing stock, palletising stock or packing stock into cartons for customer distribution.
- Stock – Assisting with the unloading/loading of delivery vehicles, stock replenishment of racking system and re-palletising of inadequate pallet types.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Warehousing background and experience preferably 2-3 years.
- Strong mathematical skills.
- Keenness, with the ability to assess, initiate and complete tasks assigned within their role.
- Kind and considerate nature, able to work well with other team members.
- Various plant machinery licences/certificates, Reach truck, counterbalance FLT etc.
Skills and Qualifications:
- GSCE (or equivalent) Mathematics – Basic proficiency - Short assessment provided at interview.
- GSCE (or equivalent) English – Basic proficiency Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
