Office Personal Assistant (PA)Woven Inc Ltd – Washington Head Office

Position: Office PA
Location: Woven Inc Ltd, Washington Head Office
Employment Type: Full-time

Woven Inc Ltd is looking for a lively, enthusiastic, and reliable Office PA to join our team at our Washington Head Office. This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys being at the heart of the office, supporting colleagues, welcoming visitors, and helping keep the day-to-day operation running smoothly.

The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to the wider office team and will be someone who is approachable, organised, and happy to get involved with a wide range of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing general administrative support to the office team
Answering incoming telephone calls and dealing with enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
Welcoming visitors and managing the front door reception area
Preparing and handing over daily orders to customers and couriers
Assisting with general office duties and ad-hoc tasks as required
Supporting purchasing activities, including ordering and maintaining office stock
Helping keep the office organised and running efficiently
Assisting colleagues across different areas of the business where needed

About You:

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and a lively, enthusiastic personality who enjoys working as part of a team. You will be someone who is not afraid to roll up your sleeves and help with both important responsibilities and smaller day-to-day tasks that keep the office running smoothly.

The ideal candidate will be:

Reliable and willing to take initiative
Comfortable multitasking and supporting different members of the team
