Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our dynamic marketing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about digital marketing and eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will support the planning and execution of various online advertising campaigns, utilise analytics tools to optimise performance, and contribute to the growth of our brand presence across multiple platforms. This paid position is ideal for recent graduates or those looking to gain practical experience in digital marketing strategies.

Duties

Assist in managing and optimising Google Ads campaigns to maximise reach and engagement.
Develop and oversee social media management strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Create, monitor, and optimise Facebook Advertising campaigns to achieve targeted marketing objectives.
Support media buying activities, including planning and purchasing ad space across digital channels.
Manage PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaign management tasks, ensuring effective bidding strategies and ad placements.
Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and other relevant tools; prepare reports to inform future strategies.
Implement tracking tags using Google Tag Manager to monitor user behaviour and campaign effectiveness.
Conduct SEO optimisation efforts to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
Collaborate with the content team to produce engaging marketing materials aligned with campaign goals.
Stay informed on the latest trends in digital advertising, including updates in Google AdWords, DoubleClick, and related platforms.

Requirements

Proven knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and Google Tag Manager.
Experience or familiarity with social media management tools and platforms such as Facebook Business Manager.
Strong understanding of media buying principles and PPC campaign management.
Knowledge of SEO best practices to enhance online visibility.
Basic proficiency in analysing data to derive actionable insights for optimisation purposes.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive attitude with a keen interest in digital marketing trends and innovations.
Previous experience or coursework related to marketing is desirable but not essential; a willingness to learn is crucial. This role provides valuable hands-on experience in digital marketing strategies within a supportive team environment, offering opportunities for professional growth and skill development in the rapidly evolving online advertising landscape.
