Responsibilities
- Design, produce, and assemble signs using a variety of materials and tools, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Measure and interpret specifications accurately to create signs that align with client requirements.
- Fit and install signs securely on different surfaces, including walls, poles, and structures, following safety protocols.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to confirm design details and installation plans.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored.
- Conduct inspections post-installation to verify proper placement and stability of signs.
- Follow safety guidelines at all times during manufacturing and fitting processes.
Skills
- Proven experience in sign making, fabrication, or related trades with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and sign-making equipment such as vinyl cutters or CNC machines.
- Excellent measurement skills with an eye for detail to ensure precision in design and installation.
- Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, or blueprints accurately.
- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot installation challenges effectively.
- Good physical stamina for lifting heavy materials and working at heights when necessary.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to manufacturing and installation environments.

Pay: £27,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
