Dependent on experience

We are looking for a Sales & Account Coordinator to support our Sales Team.

Experience within utilities, construction, infrastructure, engineering, or technical services sectors would be advantageous.

You will ideally have:

Previous experience in an account support, customer coordination, client services, or administrative role
Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Experience using CRM systems and internal databases

In this role you will:

Support with the coordination and management of client accounts and ongoing projects
Monitor project milestones and follow up on actions to support timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Coordinate customer updates, progress reports, meetings, and communications throughout project delivery
Ensure customer records, project documentation, and internal systems are maintained accurately and updated regularly
Assist with generating and qualifying leads for the sales team through lead platforms, website analytics, internal data and customer interactions
Maintain and update CRM systems with customer information, opportunities, and pipeline activity
Identify and support potential business opportunities through customer engagement, market awareness, and lead generation activities
Assist with onboarding new projects and supporting contract administration and document control processes
Work collaboratively with operational teams to ensure service levels and client expectations are met
