As our Night Manager you will…

Oversee the operations of the hotel or resort during the night shift.
Ensure that all employees are following standards and procedures set by the hotel.
Manage and organize any guest complaints, incidents or emergencies that may occur during the night.
Conduct front desk services, including check-in and check-out processes for guests arriving and departing during the night.
Coordinate with housekeeping department to ensure rooms are cleaned and prepared for guests.
Monitor and maintain hotel security, including surveillance and patrols.
Review and manage inventory, ensuring supplies are fully stocked for the next day.
Prepare and report on nightly activity, including guests' expenses, incidents, and occupancy rates.
Respond to any ad-hoc requests from senior management during the night shift.

To ensure you will be successful in your role you will need to possess,

· Previous experience in a similar or other related role within hospitality

· Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills - A strong team player
