Overview
We are seeking a creative and dynamic Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing engaging graphics and managing our online presence across various platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and increased audience engagement. Duties
- Develop innovative visual content including logos, banners, infographics, and promotional materials that align with brand guidelines.
- Manage daily social media activities across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Create and schedule engaging posts to increase followers and interaction.
- Monitor social media trends and analyse engagement metrics to optimise content strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to coordinate campaigns and events.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional manner to foster community engagement.
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across all digital channels.
- Assist in organising press releases, media outreach, and public relations initiatives.
Experience
- Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical skills.
- Prior experience managing social media accounts for organisations or brands.
- Knowledge of social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and visual storytelling.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
- Familiarity with public relations strategies and best practices is desirable.
