Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Acrobatics Coach to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for instructing students of various skill levels in acrobatic techniques, ensuring safety, and fostering a positive learning environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to inspire and develop aspiring acrobats through specialised coaching and personalised guidance.

Duties

Plan and deliver engaging acrobatics training sessions tailored to individual skill levels and goals
Demonstrate proper techniques for flips, balances, tumbling, and other acrobatic skills
Monitor students’ progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development
Ensure all training activities adhere to health and safety regulations
Prepare equipment and set up training areas prior to sessions
Maintain a safe environment by supervising students during practice and intervening when necessary
Foster a motivating atmosphere that encourages confidence, discipline, and teamwork
Keep accurate records of attendance, progress, and personalised training plans

Qualifications

Proven experience in sports coaching, specialising in acrobatics or gymnastics
Strong teaching skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Knowledge of safety procedures related to acrobatic training and performance
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan structured lessons
Enthusiastic attitude with a genuine passion for inspiring others in sport and fitness
Relevant certifications or qualifications in gymnastics, sports coaching, or related fields are desirable but not essential

This position is ideal for motivated individuals committed to nurturing talent in acrobatics while promoting a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants.

Pay: £15.00-£25.00 per hour
