Duties

- Assist in loss prevention efforts by deterring theft and ensuring the safety of merchandise and property
- Respond promptly to alarms or incidents, coordinating with emergency services if necessary
- Perform routine inspections of facilities, including perimeter checks and fence line audits, to maintain security integrity
- Maintain detailed logs of patrols, incidents, and observations for reporting purposes
- Support first aid procedures when required, providing assistance until professional help arrives
Qualifications
- Proven experience working with security dogs or in canine handling roles is highly desirable
- Knowledge of surveillance techniques and CCTV operation is essential
- Strong understanding of loss prevention strategies and security protocols
- Ability to perform first aid procedures confidently and effectively
- Excellent observational skills with keen attention to detail during patrols and surveillance activities
- Physically fit with the stamina to stand, walk, or run for extended periods as needed
- Valid certifications in security operations or canine handling are a plus but not mandatory
