About Letly

Letly is reinventing what it means to be a landlord. We're an AI-native proptech company that runs homes end-to-end — finding tenants, managing tenancies, and guaranteeing rent — so landlords get the upside of letting without the admin, the risk, or the 10-20% agent fees.

We're backed by investors and operators from Revolut, Venmo, AWS and Apollo Management, and we're growing fast: landlords already save over 60% versus traditional agents, recover £1,700+ in rent that would otherwise be lost to voids, and get back 80+ hours of their time. Now we're building out our first regional sales team to bring that proposition to landlords across London.

The Role

You'll be the first point of contact for landlords across London, winning new business onto one of our services. Working a mix of company-sourced leads, inbound enquiries, and your own outbound, you'll build rapport, prepare and present our proposition, negotiate terms and close agreements. You'll also work alongside our operations team to close out tenant offers — negotiating so properties let at the best possible price while protecting our margins and meeting landlord expectations.

There's a clearly mapped progression path from BDC through to Senior BDM, so you always know what's next.

Bonus is uncapped: hit target and you take home your OTE; beat it and there's no ceiling.

What You'll Do

Build and manage your own landlord pipeline, from first contact to signed agreement.
Work inbound leads alongside your own outbound to generate new landlord conversations every day.
Review visit reports and decide which service to offer the landlord, balancing their expectations with commercial requirements.
Present our proposition, negotiate terms and close signed agreements.
Work with our operations team to close out tenant offers at the best price, protecting our margins and our clients' interests.
Keep your pipeline and CRM up to date.
Hit your monthly closed and assisted deal targets.

You won't be expected to attend appraisals or viewings in person — that sits within operations, freeing you to focus solely on what you do best: sell.

What We're Looking For

Consultative, resilient salesperson comfortable prospecting and cold-calling.
Background winning lettings or BTR instructions strongly preferred; estate agency and other target-driven B2B/B2C sales backgrounds considered.
Motivated by uncapped earning potential.
Organised enough to run your own pipeline properly.
Comfortable with property fundamentals, or quick to learn them.
Solid understanding of today's lettings market and the regulations that govern it.
