Full-Time Senior Beauty Therapist / Salon Manager Permanent Position | Starting Mid October 2026 (with training beforehand)

We are looking for an experienced, confident Full-Time Senior Beauty Therapist to join our team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building long-term client relationships and would like to take on responsibility for the day-to-day running of a successful salon.
As I will be taking maternity leave, you will play a key role in managing the salon and supporting one member of staff. When I return part-time, you will continue in this permanent senior role, helping to ensure the salon continues to thrive.

The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional beauty treatments to the highest professional standards.
- Managing the day-to-day running of the salon.
- Supervising and supporting one member of staff.
- Delivering outstanding customer service and building lasting client relationships.
- Confidently recommending and retailing products and treatments to meet clients’ individual needs.
- Assisting with reception duties, bookings, cashing up and general salon administration.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the salon.

Experience in the majority of the treatments we offer is essential. Full in-house training and professional courses will be provided for any treatments that require further development.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 Beauty Therapy (or equivalent).
- Has at least 3 years’ experience working within a professional beauty salon.
- Is confident carrying out a wide range of beauty treatments.
- Has excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Can work independently and use their initiative.
- Is organised, reliable and enjoys taking responsibility.
- Previous supervisory or management experience would be an advantage, although not essential for the right candidate.

As a small, close-knit team, everyone helps with reception duties and maintaining a clean, welcoming salon environment.
Hours
This is a full-time position. Working hours can be discussed to suit both parties; however:
- One evening per week until 8:00pm is required.
- Every Saturday 9:00am–2:00pm is required.
- Once agreed, your working days and hours will remain consistent each week.
