What You'll Be Doing
As part of our experienced Artwork team, you'll learn how to transform customer logos and designs into embroidery-ready production files using industry-leading software, Wilcom Embroidery Studio.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Preparing customer artwork for embroidery production
- Creating embroidery digitising files (full training provided)
- Producing customer proofs for approval
- Checking artwork for accuracy, quality and production suitability
- Managing a varied workload of customer orders, from simple logos to more complex designs
- Working closely with our production and customer service teams to ensure every order is produced to the highest standard
This is a structured, fast-paced production role where accuracy and consistency are essential.
What We're Looking For
We're more interested in your attitude and attention to detail than previous embroidery experience.
Essential
- Experience using Adobe Illustrator (or similar vector artwork software)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- A willingness to learn new technical processes
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A reliable, positive and methodical approach
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience within print, embroidery or garment decoration
- Photoshop experience
- An understanding of production or manufacturing workflows
