Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Ground Worker to join our Responsive Repairs Team to deliver high quality maintenance services across social housing properties.

Working within a fast paced environment, you will carry out day-to-day repairs and maintenance work ensuring homes are safe, functional and meet the required standards.

A DBS check and full clean driving licence are mandatory.

Responsibilities
- Carry out responsive repairs and maintenance across domestic social housing properties
- Undertake general maintenance tasks
- Ensure all work is completed in line with Health & Safety regulations
- Deliver excellent customer service when dealing with tenants and residents
- Use handheld devices to maintain accurate records of work completed

Skills & Experience

Strong practical skills in fencing, Aco drains, french drains, pointing, vegetation clearances, manhole covers, concrete paths
Good problem solving skills
Able to work independently
Strong understanding of UK Health and Safety practices

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £36,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
