We're so confident about your earnings that we offer a guarantee for your first four months - you'll earn a minimum of £3333.33 per month (£40,000 pa, gross). When you earn more, we'll pay you more!

Allen Motor Group are currently looking to recruit a Commercial Vehicle Technician to join our Ford Transit Centre in Northampton.

This position is offered on a full-time working contract of 46.33 hours a week paying a basic salary of £33,600 and with and a truly exceptional bonus plan - our average Vehicle Technician earnings at Northampton Transit Centre were £52,864 last year!

Required Skills & Experience

To be considered for the position you will need to possess a relevant formal qualification (City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3) as a minimum. We are looking for individuals who possess the following attributes & skills:

A full UK driving licence
Experience of inspection, repair and servicing motor vehicles
MOT Tester qualification would be very advantageous
Fantastic verbal and written English skills
Experience with Commercial vehicles would be advantageous
Previous experience working in a franchised dealership (preferred but not essential)

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Provide technical and diagnostic service ensuring customer satisfaction and productivity targets are met and exceeded
Maintain the highest level of technical knowledge and ensure compliance with manufacturer training
Uphold company and manufacturer quality standards
Ensure 100% compliance with vehicle health check processes
