Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Restoration Technicians to join our team. This role involves restoring properties affected by water, fire, mould, or other damage, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our clients. This is a hands on role for a skilled technician who can lead by example on site while delivering high standards of workmanship, health & safety, and customer care.

Duties
- Assessing damage to properties and determining appropriate restoration procedures, carry out strip-out works including walls, floors, ceilings, and fittings
- Using hand tools and power tools to remove damaged materials such as drywall, flooring, or insulation
- Perform water extraction and uplift saturated carpets and flooring
- Cleaning and sanitising affected areas to prevent mould growth and ensure hygiene standards are met using commercial cleaning chemicals
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations, including risk assessments and use of PPE/RPE
- Complete job reports and paperwork using tablet-based systems
- Assisting with demolition tasks and preparing sites for reconstruction or repair work
- Maintain company vehicle, ensuring it is clean, serviced, and fully equipped
- Documenting work progress and communicating with team members and clients effectively
- Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times during operations
Experience
- Experienced in restoration or a similar technical field
- Safety conscious with high standards of workmanship
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments
- Customer focused with strong communication skills
- Good physical fitness, with the capacity to lift heavy materials and perform manual tasks over extended periods

Pay: £24,420.00-£33,000.00 per year
